A common question

Do I need to dig up my floor?

This is the question I hear most from therapists looking to set up a head spa — and the answer is almost always no. Karma shampoo units can generally be configured with above-ground plumbing connections in many setups, meaning you may not need to install underground plumbing at all.

Every space is different though. Installation requirements depend on your specific room, existing plumbing, and local regulations.

Always consult a licensed plumber before purchasing to confirm the best installation approach for your space.

Does equipment ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Karma ships directly to your address anywhere in Australia. Exact shipping timelines are confirmed at the time of your purchase based on current stock.

Which unit should I choose for Bundle 01?

The Karma Hair Spa Complete Shampoo Unit has a steamer built in, making it the better value for most. The Springvale Unit is a great option if you prefer a more compact setup. You can tell us your preference in the enquiry form and we will help you decide.

Is a deposit available?

Full payment is required upfront to secure your bundle at the discounted price. Payment must be received within 24 hours of stock being confirmed — this is what locks in your order and your savings.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer via secure invoice. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an invoice with payment details. Please notify us once your transfer is made so we can get your order moving straight away.
